Abstract:Reactivedistillationisarelativelyspecialkindofdistillationprocess,duetoitsuniqueadvantages,getmuchattentiontothechemicalindustry.This

paperbrieflyintroducesthebasicprinciplesofreactivedistillation,thecharacteristicsandtechnicalrequirementsofreactivedistillation,anditsclassification.And

elaboratedthedevelopmentandresearchstatusofreactivedistillationathomeandabroadanditsapplication,andmadeaprospectforthefutureresearchdirection.

Reactivedistillationisanewtypeofspecialdistillation,whichcombinesthereactionprocesswiththeseparationprocess,inthesamedistillationequipmentto

complete,thetwoprocessesarecarriedoutatthesametime,duetotheinteractionbetweenthetwoprocesses,sothatreactivedistillationismoreefficientthan

traditionaldistillation,energysavingandenvironmentalprotection.Inaddition,reactivedistillationhastheadvantagesoflowcostofequipment,lowlaborcostand

lowoperatingcost.
