论农民阶层在法治建设中的困境及对策——以乌坎村事件为引子的中期报告 摘要： 作为我国农村的重要组成部分，农民阶层在法治建设中面临着一系列困境：法律意识薄弱，法律知识匮乏，法律主体地位不明显，维权渠道受限等。而在新农村建设中，乌坎村事件的曝光更是揭示了农民权益保障的不足和法治建设上的缺陷。 针对上述问题，本文提出了一系列对策：加强法律宣传教育，提高农民法律意识；建立健全乡村法律服务体系，提供维权支持；完善农民维权渠道，保障其合法权益；加强法治建设和监督，确保公正执法等。希望这些措施可以在解决农民阶层在法治建设中的困境方面发挥重要作用。 关键词：农民阶层；法治建设；乌坎村事件；维权渠道 Abstract: As an important part of Chinas rural area, peasant groups are facing a series of difficulties in the construction of the rule of law: weak legal consciousness, lack of legal knowledge, unclear legal subject status, and limited channels for safeguarding rights. In the construction of the new rural area, the exposure of the Wukan village incident has revealed the shortcomings of protecting the rights and interests of farmers and the defects in the construction of the rule of law. In response to the above problems, this paper proposes a series of countermeasures: strengthening legal publicity and education to improve farmers legal awareness; building a sound rural legal service system to provide support for safeguarding rights; improving the channels for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of farmers; strengthening the construction and supervision of the rule of law to ensure fair law enforcement. It is hoped that these measures can play an important role in solving the difficulties faced by peasants in the construction of the rule of law.
