西安石油大学高等继续教育毕业设计（论文） PAGE 4 PAGE \* Arabic PAGE \* Arabic 4 PAGE III PAGE I 基于PLC的运料小车设计 摘要 对于现在的工业化生产过程而言，很多流水线都必须要一些自动往复的装置来完成相应的功能。所以对于一些用料的小车进行相应的控制，是现在进行可编程控制器研究的重点。运用可编程控制器的方式，能够很简单地实现相应的程序设计。而且程序在编写完成之后，其使用的方式也是非常简单方便的。用PLC程序实现运料小车自动往返顺序控制，不仅具有程序设计简易、方便、可靠性高等特点，而且程序设计方法多样，便于不同层次设计人员的理解和掌握。在这篇文章当中，选择的可编程控制器是西门子所研发出来的S7-300这款。在开展实际设计的时候，经由相应的开关能够对小车的具体位置有充足的了解。从而能够完成小车进退以及装卸料等工作，达到了对运料小车自动控制的设计要求。在编程方面，本设计采用SETP 7工控编程软件，通过硬件配置、参数设置、测试、诊断等一系列功能，构筑运料小车的运行界面，并通过PLCSIM Simulating Modules仿真软件，模拟SETP7的运行情况，将运料小车的一系列动作展示出来。 关键词：自动运料系统；PLC；S7-300； WinCC Abstract For the current industrial production process, many pipelines have to have some automatic reciprocating devices to complete the corresponding functions. Therefore, it is the focus of programmable controller research to control some material cars. By using the programmable controller, the corresponding program design can be easily realized. And after the program is written, the way it is used is very simple and convenient. Using PLC program to realize automatic shuttle sequence control of transport trolley not only has the characteristics of simple programming, convenience and high reliability, but also has various programming methods, which is convenient for designers at different levels to understand and master. In this article, the selected programmable controller is the S7-300 developed by Siemens. When the actual design is carried out, the specific position of the car can be fully understood through the corresponding switches. Thus, it can complete the work of moving in and out of the trolley and loading and unloading materials, and meet the design requirements of the automatic control of the trolley.
