Punctuality and regular attendance are important consideration when assessing an employee’s overall performance. 所有员工应遵守考勤制度。准时出勤是全面评估一个员工工作表现的重要条件。 Policy Procedure 政策与程序 All employees will be required to punch in/out company policy to ensure employees attendance and Supportive to payroll system. 公司所有相关员工必须依照考勤制度,上下班打卡,以保证员工的出勤率和工资支付的正确性。 All employees are required to clock in and out. 所有员工,上下班都必须打卡计时。 Any employee clocking in/out for another employee or asking another person to clock in/out on his/her behalf will be subjected to disciplinary action even termination.. 如果任何员工为他人上下班打卡或要求他人为自己打卡者,将接受纪律处分,甚至终止雇佣。 Clocking in/out at the Staff Entrance is your responsibility. Failure to clock in and out as required will result in disciplinary action. 在员工出入口处上下班打卡是员工的责任。未能按要求打卡的将导致纪律处分。 If you are fifteen (15) minutes late or leave fifteen (15) minutes early, this will be considered absent for half (0.5) day. Excessive absence or tardiness affects your efficiency and is subjected to disciplinary action. 如您迟到或早退15 分钟,将被视为旷工半天。过度的缺席或拖延将导致纪律处分。 Department Heads are to notify Human Resources Department of any absenteeism apart from certified sick leave or approved days off by completing the Attendant Report immediately, so that appropriate action can be taken accordingly. Unauthorized absence from duty will result in disciplinary actions. 除经批准的病假或其它假期外的其它缺勤,部门经理应及时填写《考勤表》告知人力资源部,以便采 取适当的措施。未经批准而缺勤的员工将受到纪律处分。 HR will be responsible for the Monthly Attendance Variance Report based on the record of HRMS, and departmental sign in/out and double check of the employees payroll. 人力资源部将根据人力管理系统和部门的签到/出的有关记录,检查员工出勤差异报告,并复核酒店员工的工资支付。 In case of emer
