The development form of catering industry gradually presents the form of a hundred flowers blooming in unison. Various forms of catering stores have sprung out, covering Chinese food, Western food and various convenient restaurants. With the continuous increase of peoples economic income, the demand for catering is higher and higher. In addition to the traditional pursuit of delicious food, characteristics, health and dining forms have gradually become the main considerations for people to choose food. DIY kitchen is gradually sought after and loved by people because of its freshness, emphasis on experience and convenience. This paper finds out the business situation of the catering industry around colleges and universities through social research.
