大学生网络成瘾及其与家庭亲密度、 交往焦虑的关系研 摘 要 目的探讨大学生网络成瘾及其家庭亲密度、交往焦虑的关系。方法: 使用《网络成瘾量表》、《家庭亲密度与适应性量表》、《交往焦虑量表》,从 盐城师范学院随机抽取320名大学生进行网络成瘾与家庭亲密度及交往焦虑的调 查。从年级、性别、户口所在地、家庭情况等维度进行了研究分析大学生的网 络成瘾程度和家庭亲密关系及社会交往焦虑的相关关系。结果表明： （1）大学生的网络成瘾的程度处于中等偏上。在性别差异方面，戒断反应 和耐受性两个维度上男生的戒断反应和耐受性比女生低，男生的个体差异比女 生明显。在年级差异方面，大一同学在戒断反应和耐受性最强，个体差异最明 显 （2）大学生交往焦虑略低于全国大学生常模 （3）网络成瘾程度与交往焦虑存在紧密的正相关网络成瘾程度越高，交往 焦虑程度越高 （4）网络成瘾总分与家庭亲密度总分呈现显著的负相关。这说明家庭亲密 度水平越低，网络成瘾程度越高。人际健康问题越大，家庭亲密度越低。时间 管理问题越大，家庭亲密度越低 【关键词】 大学生；网络成瘾；家庭亲密度；交往焦虑 The Relationship between Internet addiction and family cohesion and communication anxiety among College Students Abstract Objective to explore the relationship between Internet addiction and family cohesion and communication anxiety among college students. Methods: using the Chen Shuhui Internet Addiction Scale, family cohesion and adaptability scale, social anxiety scale, conducted a survey of Internet addiction and family intimacy and communication anxiety of 320 college students were randomly selected from Yancheng Teachers University.
