PAGE PAGE 2 高技术纤维 课程介绍 《高技术纤维》是高等学校材料类专业学生的专业选修课程，该课程注重对学生高技术纤维方面知识的了解与研究和高技术纤维应用拓展能力的培养。本课程旨在帮助学生拓展视野，为学习系统掌握专业课程做必要的知识储备，培养学生分析问题以及解决问题的能力，使学生在各自的专业领域中能够有意识地借鉴、引入高技术纤维中的一些理念、技术和思维方法，在较高层次上利用高技术纤维来处理工作、科研和日常生活等社会实践中可能遇到的难题。 本课程所讲述的内容以高性能纤维、高功能纤维、高感性纤维为主线，系统介绍了各种高技术纤维的概念、分类、发展历程、制备原理、结构、性能、应用以及目前存在的问题及发展趋势。高性能有机纤维中介绍了芳香族聚酰胺（PPTA和MPIA）纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯（UHMWPE）纤维、聚苯并杂环类（PBO和PBI）纤维、聚吡啶并二咪唑（PIPD）纤维、聚芳砜酰胺（PSA）纤维、聚苯硫醚（PPS）纤维、聚酰亚胺（PI）纤维；高性能无机纤维中介绍了碳纤维（CF）、玄武岩纤维（BF）和其他无机纤维（高强度玻璃纤维、氧化铝纤维、碳化硅纤维）；高功能纤维中讨论了医疗保健功能纤维、传导功能纤维、防护功能纤维、舒适功能纤维、吸附与分离功能纤维、智能纤维（形状记忆功能、光敏、温敏和湿敏纤维）；高感性纤维中介绍了超细纤维、异形纤维、仿真纤维及仿生纤维。教学部分共包含理论32学时，实验0学时，以期末考试形式结课。 Introduction High tech fiber is a professional elective course for students majoring in materials in colleges and universities. This course focuses on the understanding and research of high-tech fiber and the cultivation of application and expansion ability of high-tech fiber. The course aims to help students broaden their horizons, make necessary knowledge reserves for learning systematic mastery of professional courses, and develop students ability to analyze and solve problems, so that students can consciously learn from and introduce some ideas, technologies and thinking methods of high-tech fibers in their respective professional fields, and can deal with problems in work, scientific research, daily life and other social practice. The main context of this course is about high performance fiber, high functional fiber and high sensitive fiber. The course systematically introduces the concept, classification, development process, preparation principle, structure, performance, application, existing problems and development trend of various high-tech fibers. In part of high performance organic fiber, it mainly introduces aromatic polyamide (PPTA and MPIA) fiber, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber, polyphenyl heterocyclic (PBO and PBI) fiber, polypyridobisimidazole (PIPD) fiber, polyarylsulfonamide (PSA) fiber, polyphenylene sulfide (P
