PAGE III PAGE I 摘 要 对苯二酚是重要的精细化工产品。本项目拟在南京工业园区中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司设计并建造一座年产500吨对苯二酚的分厂,产品纯度高达99.6%。 查阅文献资料,对比当前主流工艺的优点与弊端,最终确认了绿色清洁、环境友好、产率更高的苯酚羟基化法作为本次生产对苯二酚的工艺路线。设计过程中,首先调研对苯二酚的下游应用及市场需求,进行了可行性论证。依据文献及实际情况确定预热工段、苯酚羟基化工段、脱水工段及精制工段的技术参数,运用Aspen Plus软件模拟四个工段的工艺,根据Aspen Plus软件的运算数据得到换热器、精馏塔、泵和反应釜等设备的物料与能量衡算结果,采用SW6校核各个设备。采用CAD软件绘制了反应器结构图、带控制点的工艺流程图(PID)平立面布置图,分析整个工艺流程出现的防火、防爆、设备腐蚀性等安全问题并对此提出解决方法。 最后计算出该项目的建设投资3562万元,总成本2329万元,说明厂区建设投产的经济效益以及盈利能力较强。 关键词:对苯二酚,苯酚羟基化法,Aspen Plus,物料与能量衡算,设备选型,财务评价 PROCESS DESIGN OF ANNUAL OUTPUT OF 500 TONS OF HYDROQUIONE ABSTRACT Hydroquinone is an important fine chemical product. The project plans to design and build a sub-production of 500 tons of hydroquinone per year in Nanjing Industrial Park Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd, with a product purity of 99.6%. Firstly, by consulting the literature and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream process, it was confirmed that the phenol hydroxylation method, which is green, clean, environmentally friendly, and higher in yield, was used as the process route for the production of hydroquinone. In the design process, the downstream application and market demand of hydroquinone were first investigated, and the feasibility was demonstrated. Then, the technical parameters of the preheating section, the phenol hydroxyl chemical section, the dehydration section and the refining section were determined according to the literature and actual conditions, and the Aspen Plus software was used to simulate the processes of the four sections. According to the calculation data of the Aspen Plus software, the material and energy balance results of heat exchangers and distillation towers, pumps, reactors and other equipment were obtained.
