摘要 本文论述了洗衣机面架制件设计及塑料模具设计的全进程。通过本次设计提高制图、运算、计算机应用、查阅文献资料、编写说明书等能力。 本次设计以洗衣机面架模具为主线，制件、模具零部件造型全数用Pro/e软件完成。在对制件的造型、用材等方面分析的基础上完成了方案的选择、工艺及尺寸计算，完成了模具零部件装配，同时考虑了零部件的加工。综合了零件成型工艺分析，模具结构设计，最后到模具零件的设计，模具总的装配等一系列模具生产的所有进程。 本次设计有四大特色：一、浇注系统采用暗藏式浇口；二、推出系统采用推件板和顶杆相结合的推出系统；3、冷却系统采用型芯钻孔式；4、侧抽芯机构采用液压抽芯。 设计中多数的零件都采用标准零件，方便了模具零件的维修和改换，在使模具便于量产的同时，使模具加倍标准化。 关键词：洗衣机面架、暗藏式浇口、推件板、顶杆、浇注系统、推出系统、型芯钻孔式、冷却系统 Abstract In this paper, face washing aircraft design and plastic parts of the whole process of mold design.
