基千 PLC 的车辆出入库管理系统的设计 摘 要：该设计针对目前车辆出入库管理系统中存在的系统管理落后 、自动化程度低、安全性较差、人性化和运行效率不足等问题提出改进方法， 设计了一种基千 PLC 的车辆出入库管理系统。设计的思想立足千车辆管理系统的可靠性 、安全性和高效性 ， 使车辆出入库管理系统实 现以下要求： 车辆出入库的 自动化、数晕统计的自动 化、信息 查询的自动 化。 本文叙述基千 PLC 控制车辆出入库系统的 一个基本思路和方法。着重介绍了 PLC 工作特点和运行 原理， 介绍了西门子 S7-200 可编程控制器系列 CPU226 型 PLC 控制器的主要特点。叙述车辆出入库电气控制和自动控制系统中所用传感器的特点和使用 ， 在设计中采用光电传感器输入信号 ， 通过 PLC 控制， 完成了车辆出入库时的统计和显示工作， 能够准确可靠的进行计数统计。车库内信息使用 七段数码管显示 出总车位和实时车辆数 目， 简单清晰， 让用户一目了然。本文 主要针对车辆 出入库进行了智能 化设计， 采取 PLC 技术对车辆出入库管理系统进行设计 ， 使车辆出入库系统实现的高度自动化。 关键 词： 可编程控制器 ； 传感器； 自动化 The design of storage management system of vehicle based on PLC ABSTRACT: This paper design a vehicle management system based on PLC, put forward the improvement methods of the following questions that the vehicle management system have some problems like backward management, low degree of automation, poor security, lack humanization and efficiency at present. The design thought based on the vehicle management system reliability, safety and efficiency, so that the vehicle management system to achieve the following requirements: the vehicle out of the warehouse, statistics the number and information query of automation. This paper describes one of the basic ideas and methods of the vehicle storage system based on PLC. Introduced the PLC characteristic and operation principle, the main characteristics of Siemens S7-200 CPU226 PLC controller is also presented. And describe the sensors characteristics and application that is used in the vehicle storage electric control and automatic control. In the design the signal input through the PLC control, to finishing displaying the result of vehicle storages statistics and accurate and reliable counting statistics.
