PAGE PAGE 13 北京门头沟区马栏村保护与发展探析 摘要：目前我国的传统村落日渐消亡，随着人民思想意识的提高，越来越多的人注意并倡导要加强对于传统村落的保护。本文以北京门头沟区马栏村为例，首先阐述了国内外关于传统村落保护的研究，为下文的写作奠定了理论基础，然后介绍了马栏村地理区位条件与相关价值分析，主要是从历史价值、自然资源价值以及艺术价值层面进行的分析，然后重点分析了马栏村保护与发展中存在的问题，第一个问题是现代化建设与传统村落风貌的背离；第二个问题是大家普遍缺乏对于传统民居保护的意识；第三个问题就是存在硬件设施条件较差；第四个问题是相关的法规政策不健全；第五个问题是产业发展结构不合理。最后，本文给出了相应发展对策；一是积极解决现代化建设与传统村落保护之间的矛盾；二是要全面提高相关参与者的保护意识；三是要积极改善基础设施条件；四是要大力加强相关法规政策指导；五是要积极优化产业发展结构。 关键词：马栏村;传统村落;保护;发展 The protection and development of Mentougou District, Beijing Abstract:At present, Chinas traditional villages are dying out, with the improvement of peoples ideological consciousness, more and more people pay attention to and advocate to strengthen the protection of traditional villages. This paper takes Beijing Mentougou District Malan village as an example, firstly describes the research on the protection of traditional villages at home and abroad, laid the theoretical foundation for the following writing, then introduces the analysis of regional conditions and Malan village geography related value is mainly analyzed from the perspective of historical value and artistic value, the value of natural resources price. Then the author analyses the existing protection and development problems in the Malan village, the first problem is to deviate from the modernization and traditional village style; the second problem is the lack of awareness for the protection of traditional houses; the third problem is that existing hardware facilities are poor; the fourth problem is the relevant policies and regulations are not perfect; fifth the problem is the unreasonable structure of industrial development. Finally, this paper gives the corresponding development countermeasures; one is to actively solve the contradiction between modernization and protection of traditional villages; the second is to improve the awareness of the protection of participants; the third is to actively improve the infrastructure conditions; the fourth is to strengthen relevant policies
