PAGE \* ROMAN PAGE \* ROMANII 小型电动清扫车设计 摘要 我国城市化的不断推进，各种类型的垃圾清扫车开始被运用于各个公共场合进行清扫作业，其效率和相比于人工还是有很大提升。另外我国路况的不断健全与完善，汽车行业的不断增长，对能源的消耗日益扩大，从而出现的能源危机也更加显著，因此，“节能减排”已经成为当世纪的热门话题之一。所以开发和研究环保型道路清扫器械对保护环境和节约能源具有重大意义和价值。 为此，根据对环保需要和对能源的节省的要求，我选择了小型电动清扫车作为毕业设计的题目。调查一些现有的环卫清扫车，并对其进行一些改进和设计对计。所设计的小型电动清扫车主要用于小面积场所，如公园、小区、学校、广场等。通过对小型电动清扫车的工作特点以及工作场地来确定总体的方案设计。从而进行对整车和清扫作业装置结构的设计，以及电控电路部分的驱动系统和监测系统的设计，以满足不同工况下的功能需求和安全保障。根据其性能要求，从初步方案到各个部件选型，建立了 solidworks 三维模型用来展示清扫车结构，全车使用电动控制和动力均为电源，满足了节能减排使用需求。 关键词：电动清扫车、能源、整车设计、电控 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 PAGE \* ROMAN PAGE \* ROMANII Abstract With the continuous development of urbanization in China, various types of garbage sweepers have been used in various public places for cleaning operations, and their efficiency has been greatly improved compared with that of manual work.
