我国中小企业融资问题的研究 ——以易县金虹涧家庭农场为例 摘 要 近年来，我国经济增长速度很快，所有的国内中小企业都相当于进入了快车道的行列，融资活动对这个企业是否可以顺利的发展下去来说是很重要的，企业日益繁荣的开端就必须要求此企业的融资行为能力较强。对于企业的融资问题进行研究，国内现代化建设迫切需要提高融资能力和技术装备水平，发现了下列不少问题：绝大部分中小企业因为自身存在的不足和外界环境因素会出现融资渠道很少，缺乏资金是一个很大的差距，为中小企业担保贷款的信用和法律保障，分析下来，都需要加强中小企业融资风险管理。 将融资风险控制在可以承受的范围内。融资租赁相对来说可以稍微缓解中小企业当下的融资困境，这个商业活动可以使企业的现金流金额变得更大。此外，中小企业调整自身机制，让自身机制变得比原来完善，尽量的拓宽融资方式，从而使企业融资活动的更加科学合理，有效的应对企业的融资问题。 所以，本文把易县金虹涧家庭农场作为例子，反映现代中小企业融资问题现状，结合实际，更有效的提高企业利润。分析中小企业融资问题原因和找出解决方式是本文的研究方向。 关键词: 融资 风险 对策 Research on Financing of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China ——Take Yixian JinHongjian Family Farm as an Example Abstract With the rapid growth of Chinaese economy, the development of Chinese enterprises has entered the fast lane, and the financing activities of enterprises have become more and more prosperous and in great demand. analysis,it is urgent to improve the financing capacity and technical equipment level in Chinaese mod. ernization construction,and raises the following questions:At present,there are high financing costs for small and mediur-sized enterprises in Jinhongjian Family Farm in Yixian. the level of technology and equipment, and issue the following questions: because of their own weakness and external environmental factors, small and medium-sized enterprises have fewer financing channels and large financing gap.
