PAGE 24 摘 要 财务报表信息促进了企业和报表使用者之间的沟通和交流，是企业经营决策的基础，对企业进一步发展有十分重要的意义。基于财务报表信息进行全面的财务分析，不论是对于企业和报表使用者而言，都具有很重要的价值。本文通过引入“哈佛分析框架”这一先进的财务分析方法，对北京清新环境股份有限公司在2014年到2018年的财务报告和年度报告进行研究。从战略分析、会计分析、财务分析、前景分析四个维度进行详细的分析和阐述。 北京清新环境是一家以工业污染治理为主的环保型企业，在过去数十年内公司依靠政策支持和自主创新迅速成长为行业内部极具影响力的国家级高新技术企业。通过对北京清新环境在哈佛框架下的财务分析，得出公司在战略上具备自主研发创新技术和拓展业务规模的战略优势，且公司主营业务的发展态势良好，将持续为公司带来经济收益。对公司年报中披露的信息进行质量分析，发现公司使用的会计政策都较为合理。公司盈利能力和成长能力，在报告期内表现良好，但在偿债能力和营运能力方面表现欠佳，这主要和公司近年来大力拓展经营规模和增加公司员工有关。总体来说，公司财务状况良好，未来的发展趋势也十分可观。清新环境的快速高效发展，可以给环保行业企业的发展带来一些启示，企业在发展过程中要综合考量企业内外部环境，制定符合企业自身发展的战略目标，并具备长远、可持续的发展理念。 关键词：高新技术业；财务分析；哈佛分析框架； 北京清新环境； Abstract Financial statement information promotes communication and communication between enterprises and report users. It is the basis for business decision-making and is of great significance to the further development of enterprises.Comprehensive financial analysis based on financial statement information is of great value to both corporate and reporting users. This paper studies the financial report and annual report of Beijing Qingxin Environment Co., Ltd. from 2014 to 2018 by introducing the advanced financial analysis method of Harvard Analysis Framework.
