PAGE PAGE II 摘 要 本文结合阿里巴巴的历自从经济全球化的发展以来，带动了多个国家的贸易自由化、生产国际化、资本全球化、科技全球化的特点。其中最明显的应该是国际贸易带来的变化，当时很多跨境电商平台都在逐步发展起来，1999年阿里巴巴平台的创建，这给全中国乃至全世界，都带来的翻天覆地的变化。目前中国最大的购物交易平台就是阿里巴巴，阿里巴巴也在不断的完善自身的发展，但是关于持续发展的问题也在接踵而至的出现。 根据发展进程和现阶段问题进行综合分析，并阐述了全球速卖通在现阶段发展中存在物流成本高，运输市场难以保证、售后服务难以保障、假冒伪劣商品的泛滥、跨境电子商务法律体系不健全、强大的竞争对手等一系列问题，针对这些问题提出了全球速卖通可以通过提高运输效率，完善物流体系、增加双方沟通，完善售后服务、严厉打击假冒伪劣产品，净化交易环境、建立健全法律体系，促进跨境电商发展、培养专业人才，注入新鲜血液等方法来提高自身的能力，以应对未来的发展，希望能为全球速卖通的发展遇到的问题给予一些帮助，为本国跨境电子商务行业的发展做出贡献。 关键词： 阿里巴巴；全球速卖通；跨境电子商务 The present situation, problems and Countermeasures of Global Express Business Abstract：This paper makes comprehensive use of the relevant theories of international trade, combined with Alibabas calendar since the development of economic globalization, has led to the characteristics of trade liberalization, production internationalization, capital globalization and science and technology globalization in many countries.
