宁波中小物流企业信息化水平调查与提升策略研究毕业论文 毕业论文 (2010届) 宁波中小物流企业信息化水平调查与提升策略研究 摘 要 宁波是中国重要的港口工业城市,物流企业尤其是中小物流企业众多,中小物流企业的发展已成为宁波现代物流发展的重要基础。但宁波中小物流企业普遍存在规模较小、竞争能力低、抗风险能力差等问题。通过信息化降低企业的物流成本,提高企业竞争力,是宁波中小物流企业解决生存与发展的一条重要途径。加快发展宁波中小物流企业信息化建设,关系到中小物流企业的生存发展,关系到宁波整个物流行业的未来发展程度,甚至关系到城市的综合竞争力。 本论文通过问卷调查的分析,结合宁波中小物流企业信息化相关数据和资料的研究,重点分析宁波中小物流企业信息化发展的基础,以及制约宁波中小物流企业信息化发展的主要因素。最后从整体上设计了一条适合宁波中小物流企业信息化发展的路径,并根据信息化发展存在的主要问题和信息化实现的难度,分别从企业内部和外部环境两个角度提出了提升宁波中小物流企业信息化水平的政策建议。 关键词:中小物流企业;物流信息化;问题;对策;宁波 Abstract Ningbo is an important port for Chinese industrial city, there are many logistics enterprises, especially medium and small sized logistics enterprises. The development of medium and small sized logistics enterprises in Ningbo, has become an important basis for the development of modern logistics.However they widespread tne problems in small scale., low competitiveness, poor ability to resist risks. To reduce costs and improve competitiveness of enterprises by informatization is an important channel for the survival and development of medium and small sized logistics enterprises. Accelerating the development of medium and small sized logistics enterprises’ development not only related to the survival and development of medium and small sized logistics enterprises,but also the future development of the logistics industry level in Ningbo,even related to the citys comprehensive competitiveness. Through analysis of the survey in this thesis,to combine the study of the relevant data and information of the medium and small sized logistics enterprises informatization in Ningbo. Focus on the analysis of the basis of medium and small sized logistics enterprises in Ningbo informatization.and the main factors that constraints the medium and small sized logistics enterprises in Ningbo informatization development.
