汉语教师志愿者跨文化适应问题研究——以江西师范大学2014-2019出国汉教志愿者为例.pdfVIP

摘 要 近些年来，全球掀起了 “汉语热”的狂潮，世界各国越来越多的人加入到学 习汉语的队伍中来，对汉语教师志愿者的需求也日益增长。同时，志愿者在海外 生活和工作的不适应问题也日益凸显。目前，学术界研究较多的是赴某个国家的 汉语教师志愿者跨文化适应问题，而对某个高校汉语教师志愿者的跨文化适应问 题研究得较少。 本文以 2014-2019 年江西师范大学出国的汉语教师志愿者为研究对象，从心 理适应、社会文化适应以及工作适应等维度对 65 名志愿者进行调查，通过数据 统计、单因素方差分析及各维度相关性分析发现，年龄、英语水平、学历、志愿 者培训内容、教学对象、任教时长是影响志愿者跨文化适应问题的主要因素，且 志愿者的心理适应、社会文化适应以及工作适应之间呈现出较强的正相关关系， 即三者之间会相互影响志愿者的文化适应状态。 通过调查与访谈的方法，探寻赴任不同国家志愿者跨文化适应问题的普遍性 和特殊性，从而揭示其文化适应问题的基本规律。针对跨文化适应问题，本文从 国家汉办、志愿者所在高校及志愿者个人三方面提出了一些相关建议，以供各方 参考。 关键词：汉语教师志愿者；跨文化适应问题；影响因素；相关建议 I Abstract In recent years, there has been a Chinese fever around the world. More and more people from all over the world are joining the team of learning Chinese, and the demand for Chinese teacher volunteers is also growing. At the same time, the problem of volunteers living and working abroad is becoming more and more prominent. At present, the academic research is more about the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers to a certain country, but less about the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers to a certain university. This paper, taking jiangxi normal university in 2014-2019 Chinese volunteer teachers to go abroad as the research object, from the psychological adaptation, sociocultural adaptation and work adapt to the dimensions of 65 volunteers to investigate, through data statistical analysis, single factor variance and correlation factors, found that age, English level, satisfaction degree, volunteers training content, training satisfaction, teaching objects are the main factors influencing the volunteers cross-cultural adaptation, and volunteers to the psychological, social and cultural adaptation and there is a strong positive correlation
