家族企业管理创新分析 摘要：根据权威调查研究，我国私营企业有90%以上都是家族企业，家族企业在我国对促进我国经济增长有着举足轻重的作用。但是面对的社会和市场环境的变化，家族企业的发展前景面临着巨大的挑战，比如组织机构不健全、任人唯亲、滥用权力等问题的局限性日益突出，随着企业的发展壮大，企业会出现新的问题，比如利益分配问题、不求上进问题，这不仅阻碍了家族企业的发展，也不利于社会整体经济进步。本文针对家族企业管理模式的不足之处进行分析，在家族企业组织机构、人才管理、产权管理、企业文化以及企业发展理念方面提出创新建议。得出家族企业应该与时俱进，引入现代企业管理方式，增强家族企业创新活力，重视家族企业文化建设，以文化推动企业发展，树立可持续发展的经营理念，为后代提供一个更加健康的环境的结论。为我国家族企业不断发展壮大提供理论依据，促进我国国民经济的快速发展。 关键词：家族企业；管理；创新 Analysis of family business management innovation Abstract: According to the authoritative survey, more than 90% of the private enterprises in our country are family enterprises, family enterprises have a pivotal role in promoting Chinas economic growth. But in the face of the society and the change of market environment, the prospects for the development of family enterprises is facing enormous challenges, such as the limitations of the imperfect organization, cronyism, abuse of power has become increasingly prominent, with the development of enterprises, enterprises will be the emergence of new problems, such as the distribution of benefits, the nonstriving problem, which not only hinder the development of family business, is not conducive to the overall social and economic progress. Based on the analysis of the deficiencies of the family business management model, this paper puts forward some innovative suggestions in the aspects of family enterprise organization, talent management, property management, enterprise culture and enterprise development concept. The family business should keep pace with the times, the introduction of modern enterprise management mode, enhance the family business innovation, the emphasis on family enterprise culture construction, promote the development of enterprise culture, establish the sustainable development of the business philosophy, to provide a healthier environment for future generations.
