Decorative Demands in Public Releasing Housing and the Standardized Design and Fabrication of Infill Construction ABSTRACT Describing many problems caused by quality control of public releasing housing built in traditional ways, and by improper operation, maintenance and security system after the completion of construction, this paper argues that the fundamental l aw consists in the lack of a comprehensive design concept and security system guaranteeing the quality of construction. It refers to an exemplary housing project to analyze the design methods of public releasing housing and technological innovation in construction.
