PD-1 signal was mainly expressed on CD4+ T lymphocyte cells, and PD-L1 signal was laregely expressed on CD14+ mononuclear cells. Moreover, the expression level of PD-1 on T lymphocyte cells had positive correlations with RF and anti-CCP antibody, but with no correlation with some disease activity index such as ESR and CRP.
