For clinicians that are currently using the Insync III device, the Consulta/Syncra CRT-P programmer screens will have some significant changes. The available lead trend data provides the clinician a quick look at 14 months worth of lead trend data right on the main interrogation screen. The % Pacing information is identical, but additionally they will find the % of Time in AT/AF added to the Quick Look II screen. Episode Counters have also been pulled to the Quick Look II screen with a summary of treated AT/AF episodes (Consulta CRT-P only), and all Monitored Episodes for VT, Fast AV, and AT/AF. * * Note: The Longevity estimator begins calculating longevity 2 weeks after implant. So for the first two weeks the programmer will say initializing. * Changes to Reports: Cardiac Compass Trends: Consulta CRT-P includes up to 14 months (AF trends, HF indicators, % Pacing trends, OptiVol Fluid Status); Insync III included 6 months AF/AF Burden, HF Indicators Only Programming History/Parameters: Consulta CRT-P provides Changes This Session; Insync III Prints parameter change at time of programming.
