Multinational companies are expanding their manufacturing capabilities worldwide and it becomes nonreversible. To achieve high competitiveness and maximize return of investment, specifically for cost sensitive Low Cost PC, those multinational companies which mainly focus on mature technology based products are also strategically utilizing maturated PC component and manufacturing infrastructure in Emerging Market countries such as China, Mexico, South Africa and India, Russia to achieve their low end PC cost control. With this new trend, Third Party Supplier Management has been called eyes as it is new idea on supplier management in new product development for emerging markets.
