Because Bush Junior himself is influenced by neoconservervatism deeply in political concepts and foreign policies, the neocons^atives were subjected to heavy use in Bush Junior administration and affect inside and outside policies that were established and implemented by the American administration, especially in the field of the foreign policies .The foreign policies and propositions of neoconservatism are expressed fiilly in Bush Junior administration. In order to adapt to the changed domestic and foreign circumstances, thett are some differences between the second and the first session of Bush Junior administration in distinct foreign policies. However, the situation that the neoconservatism reigns ovct the U.S. administration and the American policy is still controlled by the neoconservatism will remain unchanged.
