仁心雕龙：中医药与急诊重症医学——陈腾飞，刘清泉 中医药与急诊重症医学陈腾飞1,2，刘清泉1,2,3（1首都医科大学附属北京中医医院ICU，北京 100010；2中医感染性疾病基础研究北京市重点实验室，北京 100010；3北京市中医研究所，北京 100010） 摘要：中医学曾经承担我国大部分的医疗任务，救治了大量的急诊重症患者，为我国历代人民的健康事业做出了极大的贡献。随着西医学的飞速发展，中医学的主流地位已不复存在，在当今的急诊重症医学界中，中医学的处境更加尴尬。文章就中医学与急诊重症医学的关系进行了深入探讨并概括如下：自古至今，中医药始终在参与急诊重症救治；中医药在急诊重症领域有其独特的优势，主要体现在先进的医学理念、切实的临床疗效、有民族特色的科研成果三方面；对于许多新的急诊重症问题中医药还没有成熟的经验，中医药的急诊重症辨治体系仍需要进一步发展和完善；中医急诊重症医学的发展完善，有赖于中西医疗机构的精诚协作。 关键词：中医；急诊重症医学；学科发展Traditional Chinesemedicine with emergency and intensive care medicineCHEN Teng-fei1,2, LIU Qing-quan1,2,3( 1Intensive Care Unit of Beijing Chinese Medicine HospitalAffiliated to Capital Medical University, Beijing 100010, China; 2Beijing KeyLaboratory of Basic Research on Infectious Diseases of TCM, Beijing 100010, China; 3Beijing institute of traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing100010, China )Abstract: In accent time, Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)had to assume the most medical task in our country, saved lots of emergency andsevere cases, then made great contribution to the health of the people in thepast dynasties. With the rapid development of medicine, Chinese medicine hasgone mainstream status, especially in the field of emergency and intensive caremedicine. In this paper, we discussed the relationship between the TCM and emergencyand intensive care medicine. The conclusion was as follows: since ancienttimes, Chinese medicine has always been to participate in emergency and severecases treatment; TCM has its unique advantages in the field of emergency andsevere cases treatment, for it has advanced medical concept, practical clinicalcurative effect and lots of research achievements which with the nationalcharacteristics; but TCM was also green in some new emergency-severe problems,and the syndrome differentiation of emergency-severe cases still needs furtherdevelopment and perfection; the development of TCM emergency and severe casesdepends on the good cooperation of Chinese and western medical institutions.
