异型纤维空气过滤器内流场及颗粒物运动 特性模拟1 薛芳玲、金椿明、陈丽萍2 南京工业大学城市建设学院 摘 要：基于Fluent 软件，气相采用连续介质模型，固相采用离散相模型，模拟了异 型纤维空气过滤器内的流场及颗粒物运动特性。分析了在截面积相等的正三角形纤维、菱形 纤维、正六边形纤维分别是平行和交错排列的情况下，空气进口速度和颗粒物直径对纤维过 滤中颗粒物的运动特性和颗粒物捕获率的影响。结果表明： 流场速度越大的区域，颗粒物浓度越小；正三角纤维和正六边形纤维平行排列时的流场 最大运动速度都比交错排列时的大，而菱形纤维的排列方式对颗粒物最大运动速度几乎没有 影响；进口速度与流场速度成正比，颗粒物直径对流场中最大运动速度几乎无影响；进口速 度对捕获率影响明显，对平行排列菱形纤维的捕获率影响最大，最高和最低捕获率差值达到 21.72%，对交错排列六边形纤维的捕获率影响最小，最高和最低捕获率差值为 12.28%；颗 粒物直径对平行排列六边形纤维的捕获率影响最大，最高和最低捕获率差值为 15.67%，对 交错排列六边形纤维的捕获率影响最小，最高和最低捕获率差值为9.69%。 关键词：异型纤维、颗粒物、进口速度、颗粒物直径、捕获率 Simulation of flow field and particle motion characteristics in the air filter of hetero-type fiber Fang Ling XUE, Chun Ming JIN, Li Ping CHEN The college of urban construction of Nan Jing Tech University Abstract ：Based on Fluent, the gas phase adopts the continuous media model, the solid phase adopts the discrete phase model,and simulates the flow field and the particularity motion characteristics of different heterotype fiber air filter.
