北京地区住宅春季室内外PM2.5 状况分析 北京工业大学 王旭，简毅文，刘晓霄，田园泉，郭锐敏，侯雨晨 摘 要：为了把握北京地区实际住宅日常工况下室内外细颗粒物PM 浓度等级相关性， 2.5 本研究选取了北京市15户居民家庭于2017 年3 月—5 月对其室内外细颗粒物PM2.5 浓度进行 了实时监测。实测结果表明：1）测试期间选取的室外监测点的PM2.5浓度具有较好的时空一 致性；2）自然通风、混合通风和机械通风三种通风方式的住户可以保证 78%及以上时间内 使室内PM 浓度低于同时期室外PM 浓度，且机械通风住户保证效果明显优于前两者；3） 2.5 2.5 对于非机械通风住户，室内外 PM2.5 浓度等级存在相关性，开窗通风可使二者相差 1-2 个浓 度等级，密闭门窗可使二者相差3-4 个浓度等级，对于机械通风住户，室内外PM2.5 浓度等 级相关性不明显。 关键词：居住建筑、PM2.5 、实测、通风方式、相关性 Analysis on indoor and outdoor PM2.5 of residential buildings in Beijing in spring Beijing university of technology Wang Xu, Jian Yiwen, Liu Xiaoxiao, Tian Yuanquan, Guo Ruimin, Hou Yuchen Abstract in order to grasp the actual housing in Beijing daily working conditions inside and outside of fine particulate matter concentrations of PM2.5 rank correlation, this study selected the 15 residents families in Beijing in May, in March 2017 - the indoor and outdoor fine particulate matter in the real time monitoring PM2.5 concentrations. The measured results show that: 1) the PM2.5 concentration of outdoor monitoring points selected during the test has good spatial and temporal consistency; 2) natural ventilation and mixing ventilation and mechanical ventilation ventilation mode of households can guarantee 78% or more time to make indoor and outdoor PM2.5 concentrations of PM2.5 concentration is lower than the same period, and mechanical ventilation residents ensure that both the effect is better than before; 3) to the mechanical ventilation, indoor and outdoor concentrations of PM2.5 correlation grade, a window ventilated can make the difference between 1-2 concentration level, closed doors and Windows can make the difference between 3-4 a level of concentration, to mechanical ventilation, indoor and outdoor concentrations of PM2.
