┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 装 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 订 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 线 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 共 NUMPAGES 3 页 第 PAGE 1 页 关于我国新能源汽车产业政策研究 [摘要] 环境污染和世界能源危机的问题日益严重，再加上全球金融危机的冲击，使得汽车工业面临着严峻的挑战。伴随着发达国家政府发展新能源汽车的计划，我国政府公布了发展新能源汽车的计划，将其作为七大新兴战略产业之一予以重视。本文列举了新能源汽车的分类及特点，分析了我国当前的新能源汽车产业发展状况和前景并阐述了我国发展新能源汽车的优势。通过对近年来政府出台的如“863”计划汽车专项、“十二五”规划等一系列扶持政策的研究，提出了我国新能源汽车的重点和难点与之存在的问题，进一步提出自己的发展对策，和对未来发展新能源汽车的期许和展望。 [关键词] 新能源汽车 零排放 高效能 政策研究 发展前景 Research on Chinas new energy vehicle industry policy [Abstract] Pollution of the environment and the world energy crisis increasingly serious problem, coupled with the impact of the global financial crisis, makes the car industry is facing severe challenges. With the developed countries the governments plan to development of new energy vehicles, the government has announced plans to develop new energy vehicles in China, as one of seven strategic emerging industries attach importance to it.This paper enumerates the classification and characteristics of new energy vehicles, analyzes the current status and prospects of new energy vehicles industry development and expounds the advantages of developing new energy vehicles in China.Through to the government in recent years such as 863 plan car special, the 12th five-year plan and a series of supporting policies research, puts forward the emphasis and difficulty in new energy vehicles in China and the existing problems, and further puts forward some countermeasures for their development, and for the future development of new energy vehicles expectations and outlook.
