如何做好施工技术管理工作张宗言(中国铁建股份有限公司 北京 10085 如何做好施工技术管理工作 张宗言 (中国铁建股份有限公司 北京 100855) 摘 要 施工技术管理，是施工企业对各项技术活动和工作要素进行科学管理的总称，也是企业生产经营管理的 重要组成部分。施工技术管理的好与坏，直接关系工程的安全质量，经济效益，关系到职工的切身利益，关系到企 业的信誉、生存与发展。就中国铁建而言，施工技术管理分总部、集团公司、工程公司和项目经理部四级，施工技术 管理存在的问题不少，内容也很多，但最关键的应把握图纸会审、施工技术方案，技术交底，施工测量，施工试验与 检验、技术难题的攻关与处理、“四新”技术与 BIM 技术的研究与应用、技术资料的积累整理与归档等关键问题。 企业各级管理人员与技术人员必须充分认识技术管理的重要性，从而从建立技术管理制度到建筑产品的建成，形 成一套完整的技术管理链。 关键词 工程施工 技术管理 工作 文章编号 1009-4539 (2014) 08-0090-04 中图分类号 C931 文献标识码 C How to Enhance Technology Management over Construction Zhang Zongyan (China Ｒailway Construction Corporation Limited，Beijing 100855，China) Abstract Construction technology management is the general term of scientific management for all technical activities and working elements of construction enterprise，and it is also an integral part of enterprise’s management over production and operation． The construction technology management is directly related to the safety and quality of projects，economic bene- fits，the immediate interests of employees，and the company’s reputation，survival and development． As far as China Ｒail- way Construction Corporation Limited is concerned，construction technology management is divided into four levels，which includes headquarters，group corporation，engineering company and the project manager department． Although construction technology management covers diversified aspects with many problems，the most crucial points lie in grasping，drawings reviewing，construction technology scheme，technical clarification，construction survey，construction test and inspection， research and solution of technical problems，the research and application of “four new”technology and BIM technology， the accumulation and filing of technical data． Executives and technicians at all levels of enterprises must fully understand the importance of technology management，thus forming a complete set of management chain from establishing technical management system to the completion of construction produ
