湖北文理学院 毕业设计（论文）报告纸 PAGE 襄樊学院 毕业设计(论文)正文 题 目 基于PRO/E鼠标上盖注射模具设计与模拟加工 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级 姓 名 学 号 指导教师 基于PRO/E鼠标上盖注射模具设计与模拟加工 摘要：在对鼠标上盖进行设计分析该塑件的过程中，涉及到了塑件的结构设计、对塑件进行分型面设计，模架的选择及注塑机的一些重要工艺参数的校核，并详细叙述了模具设计中的分型面设计、浇注系统设计、成型零件设计、顶出机构设计和冷却系统设计。 在模具设计过程中，采用了Pro/ENGINEER、AutoCAD等著名的设计分析软件，采用这些软件进行设计分析，优化了设计的参数和缩短了设计时间，提高了设计效率。 通过整个模具设计，本人已经能够熟练地使用当前常用的设计分析软件，学会了根据计算或者依据经验选择一些参数, 增加了对注塑模具的了解。 关键词：塑胶注射模具；浇注系统设计；成型零件设计 Application of injection mold design for mouse cover on PRO/E Abstract: Carries on the design analysis to the mouse cover to be supposed to model in a process, involved has modelled the structural design, to models to carry on the minute profile design, the pould frame choice and the injection molding machine some important craft parameter examination, and narrated in the mold design to divide the profile design, the casting system design, the formation components design in detail, goes against the organization design and the cooling system design. In the mold design process, has used Pro/ENGINEER, AutoCAD and so on the famous design analysis software, uses these softwares to carry on the design analysis, optimized the design parameter and reduced the design time, enhanced the rated capacity. Through the entire mold design, myself already could skilled use the current commonly used design analysis software, has learned chooses some parameters according to the computation or based on the experience, increased to has cast the mold the understanding.
