哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 - PAGE II - - PAGE III - 大学学士论文:基于PSD电子秤电路设计 摘 要 电子秤是日常生活中常用的电子衡器，是衡器的一种，是利用胡克定律或力的杠杆平衡原理测定物体质量的工具，广泛应用于超市、大中型商场、物流配送中心。电子秤在结构和原理上取代了以杠杆平衡为原理的传统机械式称量工具。相比传统的机械式称量工具，电子秤具有称量精度高、装机体积小、应用范围广、易于操作使用等优点，在外形布局、工作原理、结构和材料上都是全新的计量衡器。电子称量装置电子秤、电子天平等以其准确、快速、方便、显示直观等诸多优点而受到人们的青睐，所以电子秤替代机械秤是发展的趋势。而目前市场上电子秤产品的整体水平不高，部分小型企业产品质量差且技术力量薄弱，设备不全，缺乏产品的开发能力，产品质量在低水平徘徊。因此，有针对性地开发出一套有实用价值的电子秤系统，从技术上要克服上述诸多缺点，改善电子秤系统在应用中的不足之处，具有现实意义。 该设计以单片机为控制核心，实现电子秤的基本控制功能，并且以位置敏感传感器作为称重传感器的电子称电路计。我们选用了TI公司的MSP430系列中的MSP430F135单片机（内置12位A/D转换器）用于完成数据采集、运算、显示及控制等工作。 关键词 单片机；PSD；位置敏感传感器；放大器；数模转换 Based on PSD Electronic Scale Design Abstract Electronic scales is commonly used electron weighing apparatus in daily life, is a kind of instruments, is to use Hooker law or the lever principle of balance of force as determination of the quality of the object tools. widely used in supermarket, large and medium-sized stores, logistics distribution center, Electronic scales in the structure and principle of the substituted with the principle of lever balance for traditional mechanical weighing tools. Electronic weighing device electronic scale, electronic balance to its accurate, rapid and convenient, direct display a lot of advantage and get the favour of people, so electronic scales alternative machinery scale is the trend of the development.
