浅谈对中药毒性的认识 摘要：中国医药学已有数千年的历史，是中国人民长期同疾病作斗争的极为丰富的经验总结，对于中华民族的繁荣昌盛有着巨大的贡献。而中药则是其中最为关键的部分，可以说中药是中医的手段，是治疗疾病的基础。中药毒性是中药药性理论的核心之一，自古以来就有对中药的毒性的认知。从历史角度，对中药毒性认识进行文献溯源，对中药毒性涵义与分级的传统与近代和现代认识进行比较与分析，提出中药毒性的传统性与经验性、客观性、概念的整体性及一定的可控性观点，建议应结合中医药理论与实际，整合与运用多种现代科学技术方法，开创中药毒性研究的新思路，对全面认识中药毒性、加强中药毒性研究、促进临床毒性中药的安全使用以及中药现代化、世界化都具有积极意义。 关键词：中药；毒性；认知；研究；展望 Talking about Understanding on the toxicity of traditional Chinese Medicine Abstract: Chinese medicine has several thousands of years of history, is the Chinese peoples long struggle with the disease of extremely rich experience, for the prosperity of the Chinese nation has a great contribution.The traditional Chinese medicine is the most important part of the traditional Chinese medicine and it can be said is the means of traditional Chinese medicine, is the basis for treatment of diseases.From a historical point of view, the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine understanding literature source, comparison and analysis, put forward the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine tradition and experience, objectivity, the concept of integrity and certain controllability point on the meaning and classification of toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine tradition and modern and contemporary understanding and suggestions should be combined with TCM theory and practice, integration and application of variety of modern science and technology method, and create a new way of thinking for study on toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine, to a comprehensive understanding of the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine, to strengthen the study on toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine, and promote the safe use of clinical toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine and the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine in the world have a positive significance.
