2007 44(5) 　Chinese Bulletin of Entomology ·67 1 ·　 CO 2 EAG ＊ 1 1 2 2 1＊＊ 武晓颖 　王　骏 　刘　寰 　董立京 　金幼菊 (1.　　100083;2.　　100029) Chemical analysis and electroantennogram responses in Semanotus bifasciatus adults to Platy cladus orientalis 1 1 2 2 1＊＊ volatiles extracted by SFE.WU Xiao-Ying , WANG Jun , LIU Huan , DONG Li-Jing , JIN You-Ju (1.College of Biological S ciences and Technology , Beij ing Forest University , Beijing　100083, China;2.Beij ing Forestry Protection Center, Beijing　100029, China) Abstract　The olatiles from phloem and xylem of P laty cladus orientalis (L.)were extracted by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE)and sohlet′s extraction methods(SEM ), and analyzed by GC-MS.For extracts by SFE, 21 chemicals were identified by GC MS, among them sesquiterpenes and their oxides composed as the major part, whereas monoterpenes were not detected.For SEM, 23 chemicals were identified.In the phloem olatiles, the high- boiling point chemicals such as resin acids and diterpenes were the major part with ery little monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes.Howe er, in the xylem olatiles, sesquiterpenes and their oxides composed the major part also. Semanotus bif asciatus (Motschulsky )had electroantenogram (EAG)responses to both extracts by SFE and SEM, whereas the responses to SFE`s extracts were much stronger than to SEM s, and their differences were statistically significant.So, the thujopsene and cedrol from P .orienta lis may be the acti e component to attract S .bif asciatus.
