PAGE PAGE 14 宝供物流集团发展战略探讨 摘 要 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立，世界经济一体化进程的加快和科学技术的飞速发展，尤其是在我国加入WTO后，物流产业作为国民经济的一个新兴产业，已成为我国本世纪国民经济新的增长点。 本文首先介绍了我国成功的第三方物流企业——宝供物流集团的发展历程，作为大型综合性物流企业它具有极强的资源整合能力。本文分析了宝供物流集团发展的外部环境和内部优势。以此反映我国的第三方物流企业的发展现状。其次，文章概要论述了三种企业战略：低成本战略，集中化战略，差异化战略。再次，通过企业的SWOT分析，发现企业发展中存在的问题，针对问题采取扩大海外市场，开拓国内市场，与银行等其他企业建立合作联盟关系，增加增值服务等战略。通过对宝供物流集团目标市场和竞争对手的分析，结合宝供自身特点综合运用三种竞争战略，制定适合宝供发展的战略。最后论述了宝供物流的成功给我国第三方物流企业的启示。 关键词：物流 战略 SWOT分析 宝供物流 The Discussion of Development Strategy of Baogong Logistic Group Abstract With the our country socialism market economy system establishing, the economic integral whole in world fling and science technically developing, our country join WTO particularly, the logistics industry is used as a newly arisen industry of the national economy, having become the our country this the national economy of century to increase to order newly.
