Transport network plays an important role in regional development, and the comprehensive indicator in evaluating the network traffic situation is regional transport accessibility. The main transport modes in Shaanxi Province are highway, railway and aircraft. Taking Shaanxi Province as an example, the author uses the weighted average travel times index to evaluate the county-level transport accessibility to intra-regional nodes, train stations, main roads and airports. The result shows that, in terms of accessibility to intra-regional nodes, the best region to Xian and its surrounding counties is the one whose accessibility value is below 100min; the better regi
