浙江人学硕士学位论文 浙江人学硕士学位论文 技术多元化对企业创新绩效的影响冈素分析 Abstract The research about influencing factos of technology diversification has its practical significance，which is not explored a lot in China．Nowadays more and more scholars begin to focus on the relationship between technology diversification and economic outcomes or innovation performace．And meantime，the Chinese enterprises have stepped into or start to step into the way to operate the strategy of technology diversification after they have obtained strongger innovation capacity．However,to implement the technology diversification is always high of risks like the other kinds of diversification．Thus this paper is designed to draw some instructions about this issue under the background ofChina． Focusing on the subject of influencing factors on the technology diversification， this paper tries to grope for ways to improve the innovation performance in China by controlling those factors．The whole paper is divided into three sections：theoretical discussion,empirical research and study conclusion． In the section ofthe theoretical discussion，development trend ofthe research on diversification，technology diversification，technology capacity and conflict management both in China and abroad is reviewed．Based on the previous research， the author forms the principal directing idea of the whole paper and puts forward the corresponding theory hypotheses and research model． In the second part，by questionnaire investigation among nearly 1 00 enterprises and quantitative analysis of the results，the author concludes totally 9 factors that influence the innovation performance in China in terms of technogloy,type， environment and conflict．And then further validation of the relationship between those factors and the innovation performance is given，in order to find out the key influencing factors and the model，which constructs the relationship between the influencing factors and innovation performance．The resear
