Experience has shown that this is best achieved when: SYMBOL 119 \f Wingdings \s 10 \h 个人先发展出与公司业务重点相连结的工作计划,列出明确的成功衡量标准。 The individual has a work plan that is well linked to business priorities with clear success measures. For most individuals, input from 3 to 4 customers should suffice. THE INDIVIDUAL COMPLETES PARTS 2 THROUGH 4 AND MODIFIES THEM (AS NEEDED), BASED ON DISCUSSION WITH THE MANAGER.
