主语是复数，谓语也用复数形式，如are,were,have,does， 主语是单数，谓语要用单数形式，如：is, was, has, works等， 由family, team, class, committee, crowd, enemy, group, public, party等集体名词作主语时， 如果作一个整体看待，谓语动词用单数形式； 如果强调其成员，谓语动词用复数形式． His family is a big one.
