硕士学位论文——建设电子政府与提升政府服务品质Abstract 硕士学位论文——建设电子政府与提升政府服务品质 Abstract The timely development of modem information technology has created innovative ways ofthe government,has had the possibilities ofproviding services by Bew ways and creating new service patterns．E-government has been as a new model and new pattern of government functions，business processes and organizations in the support ofmodem information network technology．States have proposed the building of e-government．E-government is a comprehensive concept of using information technology to strengthen a government efficiency and effectiveness,up掣ading the q诚ity of decision-making,saving government cost,innovating government process and providillg public services． With globali洲on，the advent of the information啪and the continuing development of Chilms accession to the WTO，it’s ine、，imbly demanded that the government transform their functions，strengthen the governments public service functions，for achiedng the successful restructuring of the public service to enhance capacity,upgrading public management performance．Moreover,the expansion of government services space and optimizing government services means is the general tendency of trarlsforming government functions in recent years．On the technical advantages of the online service system could be developed SO that government services platform from the Iraditional office，windows，counter to the simple network platform,for providing the community with faster,convenient,more thoughtful SeIViCeS．Therefore，building e-government,using modem information technology and network technology,between the government and the government,the government and the business，the government and the public，constructs an interactive communication platform for government services，to accomplish intemetizing, informationizing,electronizing,modernizing．And this is the need for the development of our e-government to reform．It’s the need for OUt country being into the globalization pro
