PAGE PAGE IV Abstract With the acceleration of the world ecnomic globlization and regional ecnomic integration, free trade agreements development rapidly.However, at the meanwhile, the reginonal economic cooperation among East Asian countries was comparatively left behind. The financial crisis of 1997 made the countries in the East Asia realized fully the necessity, importance and pressure of area cooperation.The mutual economy and trade relationship among three major country in Asia, including China, Japan, korea, become more and more closed ,speeding up the three country’s cooperation came out frequently as a kind of irresitble voice. This article takes China,Japan and Korea as the research object，and uses the statistic effect theory and the dynamic effect theory to explain the basis of establishing the China-Japan-Korean Free trade area(CJKFTA)，and we reseach the CJKFTA and NAFTA with the method of comparing and analysis. On this foundation,we focus on the feasibility of CJKFTA and bring up effective countermeasures.The full text is divided into six chapters: Chapter one, the selection of subjects for the background and the problem are brought up.It illustrates the background and process of assumption on the establishment of CJKFTA. Chapter two is the active impact of NAFTA on CJKFTA.After briefing the definition of FTA, this chapter analyse status quo of FTA in the development ,among which , NAFTA is the successful.Compared with CJKFTA, we find out many similarities between NAFTA and CJKFTA.It is believed that NAFTA enables to set an example for the establishment of CJKFTA. Chapter three is the economic effect of CJKFTA , which could be divided into two parts: static effect and dynamic effect.Trades creating effect and trade diverting effect are included in static effect. If trades creating effect is bigger than trade diverting effect ,static effect is positive.On the contrary ,it is negative.Improving productivity and accumulating investment are
