基于生态因子的山东太子参生态适宜区划研究 摘要:?榱硕陨蕉?太子参生长的生态适宜区进行划分同时对其质量进行评价,本研究利用Surfer 软件对气候主导因子和气候限制因子的月平均值进行空间插值,利用ArcGIS 软件建立太子参道地性组分的空间分布模型,最终利用ArcGIS制图输出功能完成太子参地理分布模式的构建和生长生态适宜性区划。结果显示,多糖与太子参环肽A存在显著正相关,与生境适宜度、海拔分别呈极显著、显著负相关,与1月平均气温、9月平均气温和昼夜温差月均值均呈显著正相关;太子参环肽A含量与年均温变化范围和昼夜温差月均值均呈极显著正相关,与生境适宜度和12月平均降雨量呈极显著负相关;太子参环肽B含量与4月平均降雨量呈极显著正相关,与11月平均温度显著正相关,而与海拔显著负相关。明确了适宜太子参生长的最优生境,确定其最适宜种植区主要集中在烟台市牟平区东部,威海市的文登区、荣成市和乳山市东部,青岛市东南部,济南市西南部和泰安市北部,及临沂市的蒙阴县和临沭县。 关键词:太子参;山东省;生态因子;生态适宜区划 中图分类号:+文献标识号:A文章编号:1001--0068-08 Abstract This study was aimed to conduct the ecological regionalization and quality evaluation of Shandong Pseudostellaria heterophyllaPax ex Pax et Hoffm. The monthly mean values of climatic dominant and limiting factors were spatially interpolated by Surfer The model of spatial distribution of Pseudostellaria heterophylla based on genuine components was established by ArcGIS In the end, we completed the geographical distribution model and ecological adaptable regionalization of Pseudostellaria heterophylla using the ArcGIS mapping output results showed that the polysaccharide significantly positively correlated with Radix Pseudostellariae cyclic peptide A, air temperature mean in January and September, and monthly mean of temperature difference between day and night, but significantly negatively correlated with habitat suitabilityand altitude . The Radix Pseudostellariae cyclic peptide A significantly positively correlated with annual temeperature variation range and monthly mean temperature difference between day and night, but significantly negatively correlated with habitat suitability and average rainfall of December . The Radix Pseudostellariae cyclic peptide B content was positively correlated with average rainfallin in April and average temperature of November , but negatively correlated with altitude .Based on these results, the optimal habitat of Pseudostellaria heterophylla was cleared, and the most suitable planting areas were mainly in the eastern part of M
