PCT、CRP、hs-CRP在急性轮状病毒肠炎伴心肌损害中的表达 陈思如 (柳州市柳北区沙塘镇中心卫生院,广西 柳州 545003) [摘要]目的:探讨血浆降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的表达,以指导急性轮状病毒肠炎(ARE)的诊治。方法:选取我院收治的ARE伴心肌损害35例、ARE无心肌损害37例为研究对象,另选健康儿童45例为对照组,采用免疫荧光法检测各组的CRP、hs-CRP,免疫层析法检测各组的PCT。结果:35例ARE伴心肌损害组的PCT、CRP和hs-CRP分别为(0.75±0.64)ng/mL、(17.34±10.07)mg/L和(11.42±6.83)mg/L,37例ARE无心肌损害组分别为(0.22±0.13)ng/mL、(8.90±2.94)mg/L和(1.60±1.33)mg/L,对照组分别为(0.08±0.37)ng/mL、(7.32±3.30)mg/L和(0.17±0.08)mg/L,ARE伴心肌损害组的PCT、CRP和hs-CRP均显著高于ARE无心肌损害组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ARE伴心肌损害患儿的PCT、CRP和hs-CRP与心肌损害的发生、发展有关,且水平较高,早期检测hs-CRP有助于对心肌损害的诊断。 [关键词]急性轮状病毒肠炎;心肌损害;PCT;CRP;hs-CRP 中图分类号]R574 [文献标志码]A DOI:10.11851/j.issn.1673-1557.2017.03.0 Expression of PCT, CRP and hs-CRP in children with acute rotavirus enteritis complicated with myocardial damage CHEN Siru (Shatang Central Health Center of Liubei District, Liuzhou, Guangxi 545003, China 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of plasma calcitonin (PCT), C reactive protein (CRP) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) in children with acute rotavirus enteritis (ARE)complicated with myocardial damage. Methods: 72 ARE children in our hospital were enrolled including 35 cases complicated with myocardial damage and 37 ones without myocardial damage, and 45 healthy children were selected as controls. Then the CRP and hs-CRP were detected by immunofluorescence assay, and the PCT in each group was detected by immunochromatography. Results: The PCT, CRP and hs-CRP in ARE children with myocardial damage were (0.75±0.64)ng/mL, (17.34±10.07) mg/L, (11.42 ±6.83) mg/L, respectively; in ARE children without myocardial damage, they were (0.22±0.13)ng/mL, (8.90±2.94)mg/L, (1.60±1.33) mg/L, respectively; in healthy controls, they were (0.08±0.37)ng/mL, (7.32±3.30)mg/L, (0.17±0.08) mg/L, respectively.
