摘 摘 要 随着城乡统筹的不断发展，城乡公交一体化作为城乡客运一种新的组织和运 营模式，为解决目前城乡客运存在的问题提出了新的思路，在全国各地得到越来 越为广泛的推广和应用。论文在介绍国内外研究现状的基础上，采用理论分析与 实证研究相结合的方法，提出了城乡公交一体化的客运网络规划方法，并探讨了 服务体系规划和运营管理保障机制与对策。 论文首先结合城乡一体化和城乡客运一体化的概念和内涵，诠释了城乡公交 一体化的定义、内涵及其特点，总结出城乡客流的时空分布特征，以此为基础建 立了基于城乡公交站点的客流需求预测方法模型。其次，结合城乡空间体系结构、 城乡人口分布情况和城乡道路条件等因素，根据客流预测结果，提出了分级分层、 同级中各层次线网采用不同布局的方法进行线网规划，运用分级优化的方法进行 城乡公交三级线网优化，建立了线网布局评价指标体系，并采用模糊多层次综合 评价法进行综合评价。再次，从枢纽站场和车辆配置两个方面对城乡公交一体化 的服务体系进行了研究，并从运营管理保障机制、市场运作保障措施和基础设施 建设保障策略三个方面对城乡公交一体化的运营保障机制与对策进行了探讨。最 后，以重庆市九龙坡区为例，在对其现状城乡客运发展水平进行分析的基础上， 对城乡公交一体化规划中所涉及到的发展环境、客流预测、基础设施规划及优化 等方面作了应用性研究。 城乡公交一体化客运网络规划体系与方法可以为政府实施城乡公交一体化提 供决策、为城乡公交一体化的实施部门提供规划、设计、监督的应用工具，具有 ～定的现实意义。 关键词：城乡一体化；城乡公交；线网规划；服务体系规划；运营管理 ABSTRACTWith ABSTRACT With the continuous development of urban and rural integration,urban and rural public transport integration as a new organization and operation mode to solve the problems existing in the current proposed new ideas，increased to a wide range of popularizing and applying throughout the country．Based on introduction of the present research at home and abroad，this paper used the method of theoretical analysis and empirical research combined，proposed the passenger transport network planning method of urban and rural public transport integration,and discussed the service system planning and operation management guarantee mechanism and countermeasures． Firstly,this paper combined the concept and connotation of urban and rural integration passenger transportation integration,explained the definition,connotation and characteristic of urban and rural public transportation integration，summarized the time-space distribution characteristics of passenger flow in urban and rural areas，Based on that established the method model of assenger demand forecasting which was based on urban and rural transit site．Secondly,combined the facter of space system structure， population distribution and road conditions of urban and rural and SO on，according to the results of forecasting，proposed the la
