三痹汤加减内服配合中药熏蒸治疗膝骨关节炎90例 林涌泉1 余成浩2△ △通讯作者： 余成浩，副教授，方剂学博士，主要从事实验方剂学教学科研工作、药理毒理等新药开发研究工作。Tel：028E-mail：yuholy@ 126. com. 1． 广元市中医院 （ 四川 广元 628002） 2． 成都中医药大学 （ 四川 成都 610075） 摘要：目的 观察应用三痹汤加减配合中药熏蒸治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法：将90例膝骨关节炎患者随机分组为治疗组和对照组各45例，对照组采用西药内服，关节腔注射玻璃酸钠。治疗组采用三痹汤加减内服，中药熏蒸治疗，15天为一个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。结果：治疗组有效率为93.33%，对照组有效率82.22%，高于对照组，差异有显著性（P0.05）。结论：三痹汤加减配合中药熏蒸治疗膝骨关节炎，可以更好的减轻膝骨关节炎症，减轻疼痛，改善症状。 关键词 膝骨性关节炎 中医药疗法 三痹汤加减 中药外用熏蒸 45 cases of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee with Sanbi Decoction Lin Yongquan1 and Yu Chenghao 2 △ Guangyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1 (Sichuan Guangyuan 628002) 2 Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Sichuan Chengdu 610075) Abstract: Objective To observe the application of Sanbi decoction combined with the effect of Chinese herbal fumigation in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 90 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 45 cases in each group, the control group treated with western medicine orally, intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. The treatment group received Sanbi Decoction, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment, 15 days for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment. Results: the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, the effective rate of control group was 82.22%, higher than that of the control group, there was significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: Sanbi Decoction Combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in treating knee osteoarthritis, can reduce the knee joint inflammation, better pain relief, improvement of symptoms.
