信用卡积分系统的设计与实现摘要 信用卡积分系统的设计与实现 摘要 近年来伴随着我国经济的高速发展，信用卡行业的发展也十分迅速，其中， 信用卡积分在促进发卡、促进用卡上起到了极其重要的作用，然而目前信用卡中 心在进行积分活动推广的时候，活动积分的结算依然采用了人工流程，存在结算 周期长、存在人工差错的可能，不利于提高服务质量和客户满意度。 本文的目的在于设计出一个能参数化设置积分推广活动、在活动之后能自动 完成积分清算的积分系统，丰富信用卡积分活动的种类、提高客户满意度。 在系统设计方面，从信用卡积分管理的现状出发，在参考国内外积分活动管 理经验的情况下，梳理了信用卡积分活动的流程，根据信用卡积分活动的全流程， 整理出信用卡积分管理系统的主要业务需求功能点，进一步根据业务需求功能点， 设计出对应的系统功能需求点。 在系统实现方面，依据系统设计中设计出的系统功能需求点，使用J2EE多 层框架技术思想为指导，使用JA、，A、HTML技术，采用功能强大的oracle数据 库技术，在充分考虑安全性、易用性以及可扩展性的情况下对系统进行实现。最 后进行系统测试，作为对本系统的验收。 本系统在实现之后，可以实现积分活动的灵活、多样化配置，并在积分活动 开展后，对积分进行T+1日的自动清算，从而提高积分赠送效率、降低差错，提 高银行业务效率、提高客户满意度、增加信用卡在行业内的竞争力。 关键词：信用卡；积分活动；自动清算；JAVA；HTML II 万方数据 工程硕士学位论文Ab 工程硕士学位论文 Ab stract In recent years，along with the rapid economic development in China，credit card industry has seen extremely fast development．In particular，credit card integral plays a vitally important role in promoting card issuing and using．However，at present，the credit card center still adopts manual process to deal with the settlement of activity points at the time of conducting integral generalization activity，which exists possibility of long settlement cycle and human error． It is disadvantageous to improving service quality and satisfaction degree of customer． The purpose of this paper is to design an integral system which can set up integral generalization activity according to parameterization and complete integration settlement automatically after activity SO to enrich the category of credit card integral activity and improve the satisfaction degree of customer． In terms of system design，this paper starts from the current situation of credit card integral management and refers to the management experience of integral activity at home and abroad as to sort out the flow path of credit card integration activity．In accordance with the complete flow of credit card integration activity,the main function points for business requirements of credit card integral management system are summarized．And in accordance with function points
