中等职业学校学生信息管理系统的设计与实现Design 中等职业学校学生信息管理系统的设计与实现 Design and Implementation of Student Administration System for Secondary Vocational School ABSTRACT Nowadays，computer application has become an indispensable part of our daily lives，shifting the whole society into the information age．Routine management of school affairs also reaps huge fruits from the development of informatization． However,for secondary vocational school，there is still a significant lack of robust student administration system．By systematically investigating the requirements of student administration in secondary vocational school，here we present a fully cutinized student administration system，implemented with Matlab，Visual Basic 6．0 and Microsoft office Access 2007．Our system tracks the most details of a student， from his enrollment，up to the final graduation．The overall system could be divided into following four subsystems·academic management subsystem，administrate office subsystem，dormitory management subsystem and graduates management subsystem．The features of academic management subsystem include course maintenance，class-level course，management，examination score records and the score statistical reports．The features of administrate office subsystem include student data archive，class management and discipline records tracking．The features of dormitory management subsystem include student enrollment，dormitory sanitary condition assessment，student in-out record，visitor registration．The features of II 万方数据 内蒙古大学硕士学位论文graduate 内蒙古大学硕士学位论文 graduate management subsystem include statistical analyzation of graduate employment information．During the design and implementation，we invariably adhered to the principal of an intuitive and human friendly approach，keeping our system easy to use and easy to maintain．Further studies have demonstrated that our system is a highly capable student administration system for secondary vocational school，considerably improving the work efficiency of the related facu
