一、设计任务书
1.总体布置
主动轮1装在电动机轴上,
从动轮2装在鼓风机轴上,
两带轮中心的水平距离a等
于大带轮直径的2倍。
简图如右图所示
2.原始数据
电动机型号:Y112M-4
鼓风机转速n2(r/min): 1440
一天工作时间(h):16
3.设计要求
(1)绘制小带轮装配图一张
(2)编写设计计算说明书一份
4.设计内容
(1)V带传动的设计
带的型号、根数、长度,带轮尺寸,带传动中心距,作用下周上的压力
(2)V带轮的结构设计
带轮的材料、结构型式,计算基本结构尺寸等。
二、V带传动的设计
由已知的电动机型号Y112M-4,查参,可得电动机的额定功率P=4kw,满载转速=1440r/min,传动装置应有的传动比i=1.92,每天工作16小时
1.确定计算功率Pc
由参考表9-6(p230)查得工作情况系数KA=1.1,故
2.选择V带的带型
根据Pc和小带轮转速由图9-11(P229)选用A型。
3.确定带轮的基准直径并验算带速v
(1)初选小带轮的基准直径dd1,由P230的表9-7,可取小带轮的基准直径dd1=150mm。
