Methods MMA was extracted with ethanol under vortex assisted extraction for 2 min and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The external standard method was used for quantization. Results The quantification limit (LOQ) of MMA was 0.75 mg/kg. The calibration curve was linear within 0.75~30.00 mg/kg with 0.9998 as a typical correlation coefficient. The recoveries ranged from 86.71 ~101.63%, and the relative standard deviation were less than 5% (n=6). Conclusion The sensitivity, re- covery and selectivity of the method can meet the requirements of practical work.
