Subject : Terminal Software of Health-care Tele-monitoring Based on Android Platform System Research and Implementation Specialty : Electronics and Communications Engineering Name : Wang Lu (Signature) Instructor :Wang Shuqi (Signature) Ding Yanan (Signature) ABSTRACT It is very important that carry the remote monitoring and medical treatment out for the lonely aged people and sick people when the elderly health management is coming with more and more aging population. A kind of multimedia health monitoring system was put forward based on wireless technology, which consists of hardware circuit terminal, backend server and android mobile terminal. Backend server and android mobile terminal was designed in this paper. The mobile terminal was developed by writing JAVA program in android platform to ensure the users can get the physiological parameter and video of patients, and do register by mobile. The video was decoded via H.264 decoding, accomplished user login, registration by UI principle and factory programming, made appointment through packaging a CHAT. The backend server contains video server and physiological parameters server. The video server was developed by C++ program in VS2008 which contains video H.264 coding and correct formats packaging. The physiological server was developed by MVC principle in J2EE platform; MySQL was used to design the database; Programming JSP to get data Management APP. The users are the doctors, HTML show them patients’ information and EMR and the hospitals’ register information etc. It made the management more conveniently. Testing results show that the mobile terminal could finish the physiological and the video guard, and the register; the APP could manage the personal Information, EMR of the patients and the information of hospital.
