读万卷书 行万里路 光子计数探测器在乳腺CT中应用的调研 摘要：近年来全世界范围内乳腺癌的发病率表现出了持续的高增长。乳腺癌治疗的关键在于在发病的早期就被发现，早期发现可以大大提高乳腺癌的治愈率，因此乳腺癌的早期诊断显得非常重要。在所有的乳腺癌诊断方式中，乳腺CT具有明显的技术优势。 具有能量分辨能力的光子计数探测器已经用于医学CT图像中，运用与当前能量积分探测器完全不同的探测机制，光子计数探测器不仅有潜力提高当前CT图像的质量、减少剂量，还有可能在分子水平CT成像上开发出革命性的应用。 本文对早期乳腺癌的诊断方式、光子计数探测器国内外研究现状、光子计数探测器的原理和分类、光子计数探测器性能退化因素、设计探测器时的重要参数、提高光子计数探测器性能的方法、能谱CT的优势、光子计数探测器在乳腺CT中的应用做简要的介绍。 关键词：光子计数探测器 X射线能谱CT 乳腺癌 指导老师签字： The Research of Photon Counting Detector Applications in Breast Computed Tomography Student Name: Li Zhonghao Class: 110813 Supervisor: Ao Bo Abstract: The incidence of breast cancer shows a sustained high growth. Early diagnosis can greatly improve the cure rate of breast cancer, so early diagnosis of breast cancer is very important. In all the ways of breast cancer diagnosis, breast computed tomography has obvious advantages. Photon counting detectors with energy discrimination capabilities have been developed for medical x-ray computed tomography (CT) imaging. Using detection mechanisms that are completely different from the current energy integrating detectors, these photon counting detectors have the potential not only to improve the current CT images, dose reduction, but also to develop revolutionary molecular CT imaging. In this paper, we introduce the early breast cancer diagnosis methods, the research status of photon counting detectors, the principle and classification of photon counting detectors, the degration factors of photon counting detector performance, important parameters when designing the detector, the methods of improving the detector performance, the advantages of energy spectrum CT, the applications of the photon counting detectors in breast CT.
