II II 万方数据 Abstract With the rapid develop of modern automobile industry,The per year tires’demand and scrapping are increasing,our country is a rubber consumption powers at the same time our country is a rubber resource-poor country,At present,per year our countrys rubber industry for more than 70%’s nature rubber and 40%’s synthetic rubber are based on import,so it is having the reality significance to study the waste tires preparation powder technology.for reaching resource and environment’s consistency and dynamic,it is necessary to establish the circular economy modal of waste tires.so in this article, researching the waste tire rubber powder preparation technology and establishing the circular economy model of waste tires.The research ideas of this papers are as follows: (1) introduced the main production method of waste tire rubber powder preparation technology and some new method of powder production,comparing these production methods.contacting with the present situation of our country,the normal temperature method is still the main powder production method; (2) considering roller press is one of the main components of the powder production equipment,analysis of the roller press, determining the main structure parameters and working parameters of roller press. determining the press.innovating the roller press through encountering the main problem in optimize calculation and analysis of roller press’s gear system,such as the size of the high-speed and low-speed gear,meshing parameters and gear transmission efficiency etc; (3)Based on the theory of crushing and grinding roller press law establish roller press grinding process flow diagram ,analysising the force of roller,through ABAQUS analyse proposing improving method; (4) Calculation and analysis was carried out on the powder sieving equipment mainly for the analysis of the vibrating screen. selecting the Structural parameters and process parameters of the Reciprocating linear vibrating screen.an
